To get started, simply fill out our quick submission form. We’ll ask for clear photos and a short video of the racket for an initial screening. If it meets our criteria, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label so you can send it to our warehouse at no cost

Once we receive your racket, it goes through inspection and quality control. If approved, you’ll receive payment via your choice of cash or store credit

Yes, we provide free standard shipping on all orders over $100. For orders under $100, a small shipping fee applies, which will be shown at checkout
